The other day we took a little road trip down to Palm Springs! We had the absolute BEST date night at VUE Grille and Bar under the desert stars!

Vue Grille & Bar at the award-winning Indian Wells Golf Resort, just 20 minutes from Palm Springs. It’s a newly renovated restaurant in the Coachella Valley that has our mouths-waterings just thinking about it! Keep reading for all the delicious details!

Love at First Bite

As soon as we got to VUE we fell in love with their newly redesigned gastrolounge experience! We were sat at a large table outside that overlooked the Night Golf “Shots at Night” that they offer Thursday-Saturday. Along with the friendly service we received from all the staff; We couldn’t be happier to get to feed our inner foodie with fresh cravable eats in a beautiful atmosphere.

We started with BACON WRAPPED DATES, CHEF’S CHEDDAR & BACON DEVILED EGGS and BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER BITES.

Award-Winning Cuisine
Their menu is top notch! A taste of delicious American cuisine with a twist and creative craft cocktails. You can really tell that a chef has taken time to create the highest quality dishes for a high end crowd. It’s no wonder they have an award-winning cuisine from an expert culinary team.

VUE was absolutely amazing in every way! Our food and drinks were just fabulous!

Leo had THE WAGYU BURGER. A 1/2 pound wagyu beef patty, beefsteak, with tomato, butter, lettuce, caramelized onions, blue cheese, on a pretzel bun, served with house truffle fries.

I had the BOURBON GLAZED SALMON quinoa cake, honey roasted baby carrots, mango salsa. Oh, and a side of sweet potato fries.. because, well, fries.

It was all so good and we’re still dreaming of the deliciousness.

ExceptionalDining Experience
VUE is a fine dining experience in a casual vacation kind of setting. Vue is located within walking distance from four luxury hotels in Indian Wells. It’s close to a lot of group outings, dream wedding receptions, and especially weekend getaways likes ours.

With its panoramic dining terraces and multiple flat screen televisions in the bar area, we could see this being a place to come and hang and watch the game or bring a date out for a nice dinner on the patio!

Saturated with “casual elegance,” this establishment hosts many gracious guests and welcomes all. We appreciated the extremely well-trained staff and attentive to all the details.

Vue Grille & Bar is a refreshing oasis with its own brand of “cool”. Vue definitely stands out as “different.”

All we can say is VUE has incredible food, beautiful atmosphere, and was just an all around exceptional dining experience.
