As soon as we walked in it felt very 5 star Bali Villa! The lobby was absolutely beautiful in every way. It was so well decorated and extremely classy.

We were greeted with a delicious and refreshing ginger beer!

The Honeymoon Package

They had set up the honeymoon package and when we arrived their were rose petals sprawled all over the bed with towel swans. – Gotta love a good towel swan!

I was so surprised and took about 1000 photos so I would never forget this magical moment.

They even had sprinkled a few in the bath for a flower bath!

Small Thoughtful Touches

We really appreciated every small detail, like this fruit basket and reusable water bottle!

Unless your skin is super sensitive like mine that need some particular skincare products, I don’t think you would need to bring your basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and etc.

Prasana provides most essential stuff including salt bath, sunblock and after sun cooling gel. How thoughtful!

Sunrise Floating Breakfast

If you have longed for a true Bali experience the way we did, you know the one thing you must check off the list is a floating breakfast!

Even though we were technically on Vacation, We got up almost everyday to catch he sunrise!

A Floating breakfast is basically what it sounds like, travelers all over Bali want to enjoy their sumptuous meal on a tray while swimming in their private swimming pool and we were no different.

It was eventually too difficult to stand and eat so we moved it to the table

What is a honeymoon without a couples massage everyday!? Well maybe not everyday but one can dream!

They started our treatment with a wonder foot soak and foot massage. I love it when a massage place pays close attention to reflexology.

Then it was time for our massages! It was absolutely wonderful in every way and we found ourselves floating out of the room!

The Restaurant at our Bali Villa

Right off of the lobby is a wonderful little restaurant. If we ventured out of our villa and opted for something other than room service it was down in this gourmet heaven.

Everything we ate here was outstanding!

If we weren’t eating, cuddling or getting massages we were definitely lounging by the pool! Quite honestly we didn’t want to leave the villa.

One of the highlights and memories we will never forget was the beach picnic they offered! Our friends were a tally staying in the resort as well and we all got swept away to a very instagram-able moment!!!

Picnic Breakfast on The Beach

We were then transported to Balangan beach where the Prasana team were already preparing a picnic breakfast for us. They served what it seems like never ending food. From assorted fresh fruit juice, fruit platter, granola yogurt bowl, pastries basket

Croissants, pain au chocolates and danishes, a plate of poached egg with salad and salmon, stacks of sandwiches and fresh hot coffee.

What more could a girl ask for?! Fresh hot coffee, fruit, juice, the ocean, friends and the one she loves at her side.

I really think it’s the most beautiful picnic breakfast I’ve ever had! Well it’s not everyday I have a picnic with all those shiny cutleries and fancy plates.

It was such an unbelievable touch that will we will never forget. It’s this kind of attention to detail that Prasana showed in everything they did. And the kind of customer service that will keep us coming back every year!

That Bali Vibe – the south

Uluwatu is easily our favorite area of Bali!  There’s just this special relaxing vibe down there that is hard to explain, but aligns perfectly with the laid-back surfing culture. We loved staying in our Bali Villa at Prasana Resorts!

As soon as we get to this insta famous abandoned airplane in Bali…⠀ 𝘓𝘦𝘰: “𝘚𝘶𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘢𝘯’𝘵 𝘣𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴”⠀ 𝘊𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘦: “𝘐 𝘢𝘮 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘭𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘮𝘦 𝘚𝘩𝘪𝘳𝘭𝘦𝘺! “✈️ 😂⠀ .⠀ Seriously though, this airplane is just sitting out abandoned in Bali. The story is..Someone bought it with hopes of turning it into a restaurant and lost funding. Now it sits lifeless waiting for tourists to come by and take pictures in front of it. We were in the area on the way to the beach and thought we would get a glimpse of the lone aircraft for ourselves. ⠀ .⠀ In everything that we do we look for ways to confirm to the universe what we want in a very clear and concise way. “WE TRAVEL THE WORLD” is a mantra we use often to affirm our desires. Sitting on this ledge and staring out at this airplane was our way of visualizing an affirmation we have said 1000x before. With our legs dangling over the cliff we dreamed up future travels and planned great escapes on this #abandonedairplane . We sat in every seat and had the whole craft to ourselves! We breathed life into the engines and floated around the world visiting all the places we have always daydreamed of. // Of course we never physically left the ground but our minds and hearts did; and sometimes that’s the push the universe needs to manifest what you desire into your reality. It’s referred to as the LAW OF ACTION. You can ask and dream all day but unless you apply an actual emotion to the thought the universe has a hard time making it part of your reality. .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ The misconception about manifestation is ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS ASK. YES! While this is step one, there are other rules to apply in order to be able to manifest….Action is a pretty big one. That’s why vision boards are a great medium to bridge this gap. You have to PHYSICALLY print, draw, cut something out of a magazine to create a vision board… that’s action! Start by becoming very clear on what you want and ask for it. Now go out and place yourself in a scenario as if you already had it! . . . . ☝️𝙽𝚊𝚖𝚎 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚖𝚘𝚟𝚒𝚎 𝚚𝚞𝚘𝚝𝚎 𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘰𝘱 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚊 𝚜𝚑𝚘𝚞𝚝𝚘𝚞𝚝 𝚒𝚗 𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚛𝚒𝚎𝚜!☝️

SWIPE TO SEE WHY WE ALMOST DIDNT TAKE THIS PHOTO ⏩⏩ . . Things not turning out the way that you wanted is temporary. Giving up makes them permanent. . . . Here’s your healthy dose of Instagram VS Reality today. When we were Uluwatu Bali, we wanted to go find this secret cave on the beach and take some photos at sunset. Little did we know that this popular Instagram cave is also a popular hang out spot for the Balinese teenagers IRL. I have to admit I for one (Callie) was extremely disappointed when we finally found it, but then found ourselves walking away thinking “that’s it but we can’t get the shot obviously…” and at this point we even miss the sun setting. . . . Leo was the one that said let’s just take it anyways, even if it’s just for us and not IG! And I’m sooo happy he did! He is constantly reminding me to document rather than create and it’s such a perfect balance. The Ying to my Yang in every sense of the phrase. Of course it was extremely embarrassing to pose and kiss in front of this audience but who cares! I’m so happy we didn’t just walk away and give up because I love how this pic turned out! Giving up would of left this memory a permanent try.. instead it leaves us a great reminder to just do it! Set out with your intentions and don’t let anything or anyone stand in your way! . . . — PS we edited this so easy in the Photoshop Fix app on our phones with the healing brush! Super easy on sand!
