Last Saturday we had the most relaxing day at Larchmont Sanctuary Spa! We’ve literally been go go go for the last few months and decided to take a much needed break. One thing I’m sure we could all focus more on is self care. Sure, it’s important to feed your body the right food, to exercise and stay fit, but it is just as important to nurture your body with meditation, relaxation, healthy self conversation, massage and good sleep.

We truly love the fact that a scent can make a memory come alive! For us, some our favorite aromas come from nature. Fresh lavender fields, salt in the air at the beach and fresh white flowers are some of of favorite things! But we were transported to the islands of Hawaii when we first smelled kai fragrance and we have been hooked ever since!
