Growing up in LA I always vowed to climb the letters of the Hollywood Sign one day! As I grew up and realized how dangerous and expensive that adventure would be I decided the next best thing would have to do. HIKE IT!

The Hollywood Sign hike is one of those iconic hikes that you need to do at least once in your life. It’s a popular hike, and for good reason, it is extremely beautiful. On your way to the Hollywood Sign you enjoy the natural wonders of one of our favorite places here in LA called Griffith Park, also one of the largest urban parks in America. When it comes to pop up museums Los Angeles has them all! The latest addition to the limited photo op craze is The Museum of Selfies in Hollywood! We popped in last week to get a few self portraits and had an absolute blast!!!

We love a good selfie like the next person. There is something so intimate about a one on one pic with yourself. Arm extended like there was no one else around to ask. Last weekend we decided we need a little adventure in our lives so we hopped in the car and headed to Pismo Beach.

Pismo Beach is a cute little beach town about three hours north of LA. Neither one of us had ever been so it seemed like the perfect opportunity to jump in the car and hit the road.

Just recently we went down to Joshua Tree and were blown away by how stunning this place is!

This was our first trip to Joshua Tree; but it definitely won’t be our last!!!

Joshua Tree National Park is made up of two distinct desert ecosystems. the Mojave and the Colorado. The land is sculpted by strong winds and occasional torrents of rain.
